Yesterday, I managed to keep my RDI within range and got in all my Water and Fiber. God was very kind to me on the scale this morning! Please be in prayer for me - things are about to become very complicated in my life! Some of you remember the situation with my best friend. She is coming home AMA after 7 months TODAY. Her problems are MY problems, and she's coming home to a LOT of them! Any prayers would be greatly appreciated! I'm SOOO glad that my medications have been working more effectively lately -- that will help me a LOT!

Thanks, @metamora, @liv001 and @HCB. Thanks for the prayers, @Sarah1950 (those, and an anxiety pill!) helped a lot today! Not PLANNING to have my friend stay with me, @wholefoodnut, but plans sometimes change unexpectedly.
