Home scale is measuring 151 lbs. today. I am frustrated. Apparently I am not losing. I am not drinking alcohol, not drinking lots of Cokes anymore, and not eating much fast food. I am trying to get more exercise in. I'm making low calorie dinners, but I am only maintaining my current weight? I drink lots of lemon and apple cider vinegar water, and I am taking two stool softeners daily. I thought I would see some improvement by now. I must not be doing something right.

I personally am allergic to lemon water and that causes inflammation for me also.

Not eating “much” fast food . We need to change it to none.....Good Luck!!

In these types of situations it can be a real challenge to figure out what's going on, it's a complex system. One of the simplest things you can do is to try to rule out things that you're in direct control of. For instance, weighing and tracking everything you eat gives you a far more accurate picture of what is going on intake wise. This is probably the single most impactful thing you can do. In fact if you only do one, thing do this for optimum results. I did exactly this earlier this year, every day for 5 straight months and the results were such that it proved my previous less than optimum results were largely my doing, more specifically consuming more calories than I was aware of, this leaving me in a state wondering why I wasn't getting the results that I wanted. Guessing or estimating just doesn't really work, or at least it is highly ineffective comparatively speaking. Once I got that in check everything else feel into place - once I truly understood how many calories I was consuming it was very simple to dial it in. I ended up with a pretty straight line weight loss graph with zero plateaus. Also, note that I said it's simple, but that doesn't mean easy. There is lots of self discipline involved, and you only get out of it what you or into it, there are no easy roads here. That's the challenge you must face, but figuring out what is going on could be as simple as removing guesswork from the intake portion of the equation.

First thing that comes to mind is thyroid health. +40g Protein, -40g Carb provide less hunger. Dietary saturated fats reduce body fat. Dietary unsaturated fats build up body fat.

If you are recording everything you eat. You are very low on protein. I would definitely try to up your protein. It shows your daily average at 38 grams.

Try watching carbs..Breads,fruits, beans, rice n other grains. Limit those and weight will come off!💜

My stress levels are through the roof. I am not working and don't have any income. I am waiting on my last disability appeal date to go through. I occasionally have insomnia, but have been taking sleeping pills to try to stay regulated. Yes, I know fast food isn't good. Some days my mom and dad have been feeding us. I don't have the energy to cook on some days. The biggest problem I deal with is fatigue. I was thinking that if I kept the calories under 1300 that I was doing okay? I haven't ever tried to keep a diary before of what I eat, and was so happy to find this website. It is so good for support and helping me and others to see where I must be getting it wrong! I do have hypothyroidism and take Synthroid if anyone knows what that is? Yes, I am recording everything. I will certainly look into what is higher in protein and try that. Thank you so much for all of your comments. I am not sure what I am doing, and I appreciate everyone's suggestions
