Well I have very blonde hair on my body so had to lookin the sunshine today but I do still have hair on my toes Warm toes they are. And light hair on my knuckles warm hands too. That should tell them I have blood flow!!

get Dr.Jason Fung's book on fasting I'm almost done with the 4th day of my 6 day fast it is very interesting and it actually helps the body get rid of all the bad cells and plaques in the body, the thing that does it is called Autophagy.
