Oh no don't tell me that I am on Wellbutrin. I was on 3 anxiety meds. I eat 1000 calories a day, I know I stay way under 2000 even on a bad day. So depressing to eat air and gain. 

@Blueyes777 approx 20 yrs ago I was on Wellbutrin for smoking. It had other great side effects: menstrual cramps, mood swings, and weight loss. I know meds don't work the same for everyone, but this medication was a blessing. 

i was on lexapro few years back. i worked full time, exercised 6 days a week and ate like a rabbit. the weight still came on and when i reach 185 had enough. blood work was normal so i knew what it was. i was able to get off it and loss weight immediately. took me awhile to lose it all but i did it. im on generic celexa now low dose and watch very closely. so far i stay around same weight. what works for you might not work same for some one else. it all depends.  

My lexapro is at 150mg. That was what she found so shocking. It’s not the only one that promotes weight gain either. And the fact that it worked this way now and didn’t when I had a diet pill shocks her. I’m just dieting properly. I have not exercised at all.  

My doctor was really proud of me too at my last visit. I am down to using only 1/4 of the insulin I used to use and have lost weight while on insulin, which is hard to do. But my new lifestyle isn't hard... i am totally satisfied with my meals and am not starving! Keep up the good work! 

Medication effects are so individual. I also take lexapro but for OCD and have found I actually lose weight when I’m taking it everyday because it settles my anxiety and I don’t turn to food. You are doing great, keep impressing your doctor with your losses and most importantly I wish you good mental health~ 

you should totally send me the recipe for this. I need and am looking for some great salad recipes
