keto here. 👇 👆 👇👆👇👉 the same pound. I really hope I get into 160s by March. I'm taking extra walks and cut calories by a few hundred. 💨 at least my hair is GROWING. LOL. it's the first time I've had longer hair. I quit coloring it a few years ago and found out I've turned gray lol. my secret is a little MCT oil after a wash and only wash 1-2 times a week. I'm hoping in a few years, I'll have pretty long healthy hair and my figure back. healthy and happy. keto on my friends 🎉🎉

Thanks liv001 everything changes when gray! I had to throw out all my brown hair makeup. I got them from zenia online. I was surprised how good the scrips came out. Progressives

DONNA, HAHA,YA, I figured WHY NOT! I have very thin dry hair. I put it on before I wash to protect from hot water and then a little on my fingers on ends a few inches away from scalp so it isn't greasy .I use you use a little coconut oil but it gets hard in winter. So,I thought, hmm,I have mct oil! And I am not using it in my coffee since I like cream or black. It didn't give me energy but my hair sure likes the light weight of it. Did some research, and it's also a very common ingredient in many skin moisturizers. It goes by a different name on the label

I agree with Adef. Smiles are similar but you look 'happier' in the post, and I think that's a big part of the difference. I like the new glasses (post), too. You are a good looking woman in both, though, no doubt about that.
