Have no idea what my weight is, but can't be much more then what it has been...feeling great and guess what...Yep you guessed it...I am back in the gym and feeling great!!! Playing volleyball and softball during the week also, so getting plenty of exercise! I am not sticking to the eating 100%, but doing very well with it, kind of tweaking and doing my own thing...but still eating a lot of fruit, veggies, yogurt and smoothies, I am feeling great! Went shopping the other day and got some more pants that fit...YAH!!! Can't wait to wear them and show off how good I look....when I think I look good that is a totally great thing!!! Sounds like everyone is sticking to things and doing a great job! Keep it up everyone!!!

wow that is so good that you only have 9 pounds to go. How long have you been doing the fat smash diet? What I would not give to be your size again. I have been in the 170s for so long that I did not know what to do when I did my detox and lost enough weight to make me 168 believe me that it is a feet in itself because I have been exercising but for some reason not able to eat healthfuly for any period of time. So I am going to focus focus on progress not perfection. Well keep up the good work there is no way for you to give up now you have hardly nothing left to lose. Your goal is right over the horizon.

You are doing so great...and good job on getting new pants. You must feel so good right now. I'm so happy to hear you're back in the gym and feeling great. That definitely helps with the motivation to go if you feel good.
