Keto to Carnivore day 5 .. I'm hungry.lol. my eating window is usually afternoon and dinner. I had ground beef for breakfast. I decided I need bacon. it will be beef and bacon for now. bacon makes cheap beef taste better. my dog is very happy I went carnivore! I think I was feeling better today and I think my had swelling is going down. We'll see! 30 days then reassess 💥

Sounds great. Feel deep happiness for you. Please do not worry about what the scales say. If you happen to have a history of calorie restriction, your body now see a chance to undo the damage. Your muscle weight will go up. Your will reach a more youthful hydration level. Both of these will bring up your weight in a favourable way. The tip will turn, and you'll turn into a mean fat burning machine.

great news on the swelling going down. if you limit your diet and then check different foods how they effect you. it may have been something you were eating. gosh knows I have a ton of them.
