OK I think I figured out how this works now, so I logged in my foods (yep, even the guilty pleasure one!)

I am not on a set eating plan other than mostly veg/fruit/nuts/seeds/dairy. I don't eat meat other than very occasional fish.

Day 1, I'd say, was mostly a SUCCESS and I still have dinner left to go! Will log that in after I imbibe.

Hi! Thanks for your comment on my recent diary entry. Since I have 'popped' over to to your journal and I can see what you have eaten today I am curious as to that you do with tapioca flour? Also I see that you eat Skippy peanut butter. I am wondering if there are any added ingredients? Have you tried Smucker's Organic peanut butter? I eat it and there is only peanuts and salt in it. There is also Smuckers natural peanut butter (it's not organic and costs less) with no added ingredients. Thank you again for your suggestion :)

OH believe me, I do know about those better peanutbutters. I was at my daughter's house today so had to eat what she had. I would NEVEr buy anything other than NATURAL peanutbutter for myself. Tapioca flour I used to make homemade pasta.
