Welcome back Stacy. I am so happy you had a good vacation. It's nice to get away from things from time to time. Alright, you gained 3 silly pounds. Get to the store, stock up, do what you know and they will be gone before you know it.  

Welcome back. I bet those 3 lbs will be gone in a week since it is probably mostly water gain. Glad you had a good vacay.  

Hi Stacy! I'm so glad you're back! :) Glad you had a nice vacation, I'm sure it made a world of difference. And I'm sure once you get back into the swing of things, you'll do great and those pounds will start melting off again!!! How are your parents doing?  

My parents are okay.. my mom finally got to go home this past week and she is so impressive with how she can get up and move around with her walker or her wheelchair! I mean she still has a lot of pain but just the fact that her femur was shattered into several pieces a few wks ago and she can already walk through.. one step after another for several steps before pain kicks in and she slows to step step small pause step, step. She is such a champ!! And my dad..well he rarely catches a break even when I do what I can he is still always up and trying to do something and hasn't been resting well in the past few weeks.. I finally got him to get a haircut the other day and to take a nap. sooo.... it's rough raising your parents lol! No, they are doing well.. Thank you for asking and thank you for any thoughts and prayers! 

Stacy...you have a lovely heart!! Glad your vaca was great...lots of rejuvenation so you can "get back at it"!
