Horrid hot humid weather here too, however by the sea isn't too bad. Hope you are feeling cooler. GL with the health plan. I have to lose for health reasons also, they offered me bariatric but said I was trying keto, still trying many months later.

I truly do, want to be healthy, and still be able to eat good food that is good for me and just plain delicious. I just can’t scarf my wat through without tasting any of it, and I really want to know the tastes, and how it makes me fee! I want to know that what I’m eating is a s good as it tastes, and my body will find benefit from it. It has to taste and have nice sauces, and spices that are subtle or bold, depending on what the dish, calls for. But the decision is up to me. Am I wrong,!
