Welp,Pizza, beer, and wine....
I was back at it yesterday and will continue.
I am not sure on this IF. When I eat after fasting a seriously crash.
Maybe it is not for me.
Had a great time shopping with the Moms yesterday.
Today is the Farmers Market, Butterfly Park, and then to go see the husbands band play at Bike Night.
Good memories being made.

glad you are enjoying the visit and I think it really helps being able to take a break and let your hair down so to speak. Believe me, I am warming up for a pizza day myself. Once I get a little closer to my goal, I am going to splurge. and I won't feel guilty either!

It’s not for everyone if you think 💭 it makes you eat more n go into a caloric surplus than portion control is a better option
