no loss to report today...

UPDATE: there is a clothes pantry here in the city so i thought that would be a good place to exchange the pants that dont fit me and get some to work into..first time i ever went shoppin for pants that i cant even begin to get into..lol..my 46s are gettin loose, thats a good thing, so i found some 44s, they are about 2-4 inches from being able to zip up an button...lol..kind of a gap ther in front..but they do fit ..so motivation, got 2 other sizes even smaller then those..something to work into...

You are doing great! It can be frustrating to see the scale stand still, but as long as you are getting your exercise done and eating healthy - the scale will catch up. I posted a loss on Sunday and have been stuck since then.....Scale forgot we are holding up our end of the bargain! Have a great week - the snow and icy roads will be gone in no time and you will be walking all over the place, spinning the numbers on your pedometer - melting away the lbs. - patience is a virture my friend! (Of course it is one virtue I do NOT possess...LOL)

Fabulous on the pants darlin'....you can see that the scale is NOT the only measure of our success!! Keep at it and the scales WILL catch up to you....huggies!

thanks everyone for the comments..sometimes hard to have the patience thats required when your tryin to get the weight off..i kno your both right in what you say..just gotta keep movin on..keep focused and lookin ahead..
