FRIDAY - 3.11.22 - Good day all. Today I had an 8 oz. bowl of red beans with white rice for lunch and one patty of shrimp egg foo young. I'll not have any dinner and will walk for 1 hour. I've also done 50 leg lifts and 50 leg extensions. And guess what? I have even gotten a personal trainer to help tighten up the jiggly!! (Still a work in progress.) I also forgot. I had my usual 24 oz. of green tea.
Oh yeah. I decided to show a couple of pics of me from 3 years ago. Please note how heavy I was. I'm impressed and proud of my weight loss achievement thus far.
Prayers still needed!!

TUESDAY - 3.1.22 - Good afternoon all.
Today has been interesting so far.
For breakfast I had a 20 oz. mug of green tea with a half of real lemon.
For a mid-day snack I had about 2 ozs. of pistachio nuts and ate 10 carrot sticks with hummus.
For lunch I ate 1 slice of cheese pizza with mushrooms.
Not sure about dinner but there will be no meat. I'll probably have 5 steamed blue crabs and call it a day.
My evening snack will consist of a bag of popcorn.
I will walk for an hour today and finish my leg lifts and leg extensions and work with my booty band.
Prayers still needed...

MONDAY - 2.28.22 - Hello all. I decided to check in with you once or twice a week now instead of daily. I have incorporated an hour long walk each day and that cuts into some of my "sit down" time and that's when I generally journal. So here I am...
For breakfast I ate 1 banana and had a 20 oz. mug of green tea with half of a real lemon.
I did not have lunch.
For dinner I had 2 slices of cheese pizza with mushrooms.
I had a bag of popcorn for a snack.
I walked for an hour and did my usual leg lifts and extensions. I even purchased a booty band and am starting to work out with it.
Prayers are still needed...

Hello all. I had a few PERSONAL FAMILY ISSUES that caused me to be away. However, I have been sticking to my weight loss journey (for the most part.)
I must admit I had a weakness here or there (mainly due to stress.)
Today, for breakfast and lunch I had an apple, a banana and a pear. (Trying to increase my fruit intake.)
I also had a cup of green tea and a half liter of water thus far.
For dinner I will have 5 blue hard-shell crabs.
Today's exercise consisted of leg lifts, leg extensions and a 30 minute walk.
