Haven’t weighed since April this year but I know my weight has gone down a lot. From size 34/36 to size 26. 5 inches off my waist. Was weighed by the nurse last week but we had agreed not to tell but she did say that I had lost a huge amount since I was weighed for my major op last December. I don’t count calories any more , no good or bad food, I don’t deprive my self or starve myself. My exercise regime is gentle but consistent, but the biggest thing is I actually like myself now, my well being feels amazing. I am off to Australia tomorrow to see my daughter and 2 grandsons for 7 weeks. Not seen them since 2018.
So I am a very happy much smaller, healthier , fitter woman than I was back in April. I haven’t had weight loss surgery or taken tablets . All the best to you all. Just realised this sounds a bit boastful. Sorry

Fellow Fat Secret friends. I am still not weighing or measuring. So thought I would share a before and after photo. First photo is me in 2015 on a reunion in Hillhead were I had lived as a teenager. I hadn’t seen my friends for 25 years so was mortified by my size. But took me until 2018 to grasp bull by horns and a kick up the ar#e to do something about it. The other photos are me in same top this morning. I am very thrifty but think I may need to get new stuff. Have now lost over 4 stone and still losing . Thanks for all your support x
