I really hate when my husband is home on weekends. He hates my diet food, so I end up giving in to his crap food. I need to work harder on my food intake and watch my calories more. Tomorrow is a new day. The 4th of July 4 day weekend is over and time to get back on track with the diet. Bought groceries this weekend, so I have plenty of fruits and vegetables around now. Get back to the healthy foods@nd cooking healthy.

If feels good knowing I am back on my feet and trying to lose weight. After being sick all Winter and this Spring, and then finally found out what was wrong. I feel like myself again. But I gained 30 lbs. because I couldn’t cook healthy foods. Hubby wasn’t going to cook, so we ate a lot of fast food. Wow, I really despise how fast food really puts on weight. Wish there were more healthy food, fast food restaurants. Where we live, there are no health food restaurants or health food stores. We have to drive 20 miles for those places. I have to fix those healthy foods. When your sick, your too sick to cook. Just happy to be in my kitchen fixing the good healthy foods again.

It’s hard to keep weight off, especially when you have been bedridden for quite awhile. After I injured my back, I had a hard time standing in the kitchen trying to cook anything. I have 4 bulging disc. I had back surgery, but I became seriously ill about 5 months later. I ended up In the hospital twice, with 2 blood transfusions. I had become extremely anemic. My husband wasn’t any help. He just created a mess in anything he fixed in the kitchen. So we ended up eating a bunch of fast food meals. I really don’t like eating it unless I have no choice. I just recently started getting back on my feet again. Feeling much better now. Started back making healthy meals, and lost 6 pounds recently. But I had put on 30 pounds this past winter, because I was so weak and tired. Fast foods are an enemy to our bodies.
