A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step...

I am back!!!! I am so happy to be able to get on a computer and actually post again! We finally got my laptop up and running at the new apartment and I am able to get things done again!! I am so happy! I hate the FS app on my phone, its just not user friendly and I am not super old, I am only 36, but it just doesnt work well for me. I prefer the whole site.

So, many of you have asked how the new place is going...it is terrific!! I am able to cook my own meals, I am able to relax, I am able to just live my own life. I am walking to work, which is only a 3 minute walk, so it doesnt even register as exercise on my fitbit! I have gained some weight, but thats ok, I will lose it again. Its just a matter of being more diligent. I am getting the hang of things on my own finally. ITs weird, like I said, I am 36 and this is the first time I have not lived with someone else. Its just my husband and I, and I love it.

OH MY GOSH!! This past weekend my family and I went to Silver Dollar City, which, if you do not know, is an amusement park in Branson, Missouri. I was so worried, because its been years since I was able to walk an amusement park, and ride rides. And many of you know, my dream is to go on a roller coasters again. Well, we didnt go to any of the roller coasters because we were with my nephew, but we did go to the thrill rides and I WAS ABLE TO RIDE THEM!!! There was lap bars and I was worried, but they came right down!! I was able to enjoy myself and walk around with my family, and not hold anyone back because I was slow or having trouble breathing. I kept up and enjoyed myself so much!! It was AMAZING!!! I am so happy!!! In the spring, when its warmer, we are going back and I am going to try a roller coaster and see if I can fit. Fingers crossed!!!

Now that I have a computer I can log my food again and make sure that I am eating properly. I have tried new things, riced cauliflower and stuff and I really enjoy being able to experiment with things that I like. I am so excited for this new step in my journey. I also have applied for a couple of jobs at JB Hunt Transport, which will be nice. Things at my job have taken a turn for the worse and its to a point where other employees are noticing the harassment and asking me why I stay. I tell them that right now, I have no other choice. But things will change. It will work out. I know that God has his hand on me and I will be just fine. I will come out on top, because I am a child of the King!!

Today I will pray for patience and Gods hand on me in all that I do. I will pray for perseverance and strength for the times that are hard. I will pray for a new hope and a new future. I will pray that I get back on track and move forward, leaving old habits and old me behind. I will pray for healing and love to be poured out over all of you and I will pray that if there is anything holding you back, that those chains are broken. In the holy precious name of Jesus, AMEN!!

During the move, I let myself eat whatever was easy. I am just happy that it only caused a 4lb gain. I was so worried that it would be so much more. I am happy with that. I am back on track and eating right now, because I CAN FINALLY MAKE MY OWN MEALS!!!! I am so excited!!! Hope you are all doing wonderfully!!! Sending love and prayers!!

We took my nephew to a pumpkin patch a couple weekends ago. It was so nice to be able to walk around, play with him, and enjoy the day. My weight fluctuates, but I am finally truly enjoying and living life!!
