I'm switching to Atkins. I am pre-diabetic and that scares the bageezus out of me. I'm giving this a week because I had already planned to do a Master Cleanse beginning on March 19. I've taken time of work and everything for that cleanse. I will do Atkins and see how it works for me in the mean time because what I'm doing now is obviously not working. I've been sitting at the same weight for two weeks. Grrr!

Alright here goes. I'm not really the best at sharing so journal entries will probably be far and few between. Maybe as my weight improves, my confidence will improve and my willingness to share. Anywho, I refuse to do a weigh in. Not that I haven't weighed myself, because let's face it, all I ever do is weigh myself...but it ain't good, so I ain't posing it. My mother was in town over the weekend and along with her came all the southern fried everythings in the world right along with her. And of course me and my greedy self indulged. I have zero willpower. None. That part about being fat sucks. I try not to fall into the crybaby category and wonder why can I not have the fabulous metabolism that all of my 'skinny girl' friends seem to have. It just is what it is... So, I will weigh in when I get back to my start weight.
