didnt sleep well but woke up feeling great went to gym did yoga and some water aeorbics then had sencible lunch and dinner at 1100 calories and 49% protein and 24% fat and 26% carb feel great , couldnt handle 40% fat guess my body cant take it , tomarrow I will up intake as it is weight circuit day maybe I do a few more whey shakes today to hit 1500 every day I hit over 2000 I feel ill

wow I had to update this journal 3 times today , well I got sicker and called dr I had for manys explained diet , gym, new routine new diet my weight ect , then he asked a few questions and asked 1 question and said you see a pain doctor that you have leaned off narcodics 90% in last 6 months I stopped him and said no DR I am off them completely , he said I wasnt notified I said I never told pain dr , he said well you were on under a kids dose however to stop the kids dose of one will be harder then the 14 you took 6 months ago . He then said exactly when was last dose I said a few hours short of 5 days ago , he said take one while we on phone I said I not in enough pain I want off all meds he said take it and call me in 1 hour . I did not question him I did it pain was same but I was not vomiting no more so I do not think it was diet or trainer or double calories however i posted 1500 calories this is not accurate realistically I got maybe 600 down in liquid whey and small fish after pill but relieved It wasn't cancer again or other bad thing but after going from 1200 5% fat to trainer wants 40% fat and 3000 calories I decided I my got to do what my body feels well with I will up fat to say 20% and maybe 1800 calories which is alot more then I am used to use like eggwhites not yokes I will eat whole eggs , olive oil , or nuts for the fat I dont want to gourge on red meat atleast its good ending to bad day .and I know what I need to do to get threw my journey . yay

Well day 4 of trying to eat 3000 calories and weight train to lose weight , trainer increased calories from 1200 to 3000 , I managed to get in 2200 to 2500 max but since either added food or added fat prior I ate low cal low fat diet he made it high fat hi calories and stopped cardio , I am still in pain and have vomited 5 times , today I went to gym to pilates class to tell teacher I will be trying new routine and then we did class 15 min in I puked she asked whats wrong I explained the added fat aded calories and no more cardio classes she was furious and said its not for me as I am broken from war and chemical poisoning and pain is intense in back and hip which are both fake hip and rods in back . I am beginning to think I cant do too old and broken , to think i did 12 to 15 hrs in classes cut to 5 hrs but its diet and heavy weight just feel terrible I do not know if its a transition or just body saying wtf u doing I did email the nuitrinust and my dr

sleep less then usual body hurts from the heavy weight training 2 days ago , thinking of staying on couch all day or maybe do a 45 min yoga to stretch got 2 hrs to decide funny I did 12 to 16 hrs ymca classes for 90 days all kinds and never had this pain , thinking either its new and got to get used to it or body too damaged for heavy weight training , however I am down another pound today and trainer had me double my calories
