i know I said that I was going to be posting a lot more again and have so far not been doing so much, i have been quite busy working with our amphibian breeding. getting our non-profit up and running, and refocusing myself on all areas of my physical/weight and dieting. Since this past Saturday, I have been walking 5 miles per day and trying to tone my arms and legs, along with getting back into the keto diet ugghh, so much that I've temporarily lost track of my logging here but am working on it..., please stand by..........

a trying to get on here every day but it's being harder than I expected with the Critters4kids nonprofit that we're doing, yesterday there was research and just trying to get housework done and I was beat, but that was good for my challenge as I walked 4.14 miles without even realizing it.

yeah yeah, I know, I missed yesterday but that's because the boyfriend and I were so busy that words can't describe, we are breeding various frogs for sale on Ebay and also working on getting our nonprofit organization Critters4kids going, where we give pets (starting with small reptiles, ie, frogs, geckos, etc) to underprivileged kids who would otherwise not have a chance to have a pet., and rewarding kids who go above and beyond in the community by giving them pets as well. So, we're working with getting the licensing and people to work on the board of personnel and etc and things are very hectic.

Ok everyone, I'm back, again! For the past few months, I had lost track of EVERYTHING with my dieting and watching my healthy eating habits and just everything due to being in this glorious honeymoon phase. I have a wonderful new man in my life who is so fully supportive of me that I cannot describe him. Finally getting myself back on track this past Saturday, my weight had fluctuated up and down between 152 and 160 b just since Saturday, February 1, I restarted on the keto coffee and Qsymia and have gotten myself down to 152.3 and wearing my Fitbit am walking a minimum of 2.5 miles per day so by the time I have my next appointment with my Dr., in April, I think I'll have everything in order for him to refer me, finally, for the plastic surgery (panniculectomy) that I have been in dire need of for 4 years.., ANYWAYS, it's great to be back and say 'Hello' to everyone again., and I want to say thank you all in advance for all of the love and support you all have given me through all of my ups and downs and my being here and sudden disappearances!., You are all such wonderful people and I am here for you all as you have all been here for me. Take care, have a great night and I'll check in again tomorrow! :)
