I know, I know, I have no excuse. I got busy this morning and lost track of what I was doing and forgot to log my food throughout the day so everything ender up logged as breakfast even though it was what I ate all day long. The one thing that really kills me is my coffee., I absolutely can not go without it but that's the one thing that always without fail sets me over my caloric limit., does anyone have any one single item they absolutely can't live without that you just don't log??? I've been thinking of logging everything but my coffee and see how that does for me. On another 🎵🎶🎵 I have to be really serious this time so I ordered some protein powder and am adding to my fitness gear and definitely hoping to find someone that I can walk with it's just so hard to do in my neck of the woods, there's nobody else around in the valley.... but here I go again ☘️🧚♏😉

ok, so my first day back at food logging and watching the diet was a bit of a flop but hey, nobody's perfect and towards the end of my loss last time I hadn't been logging so I guess I'm just a little bit out of practice but I'll get there., as long as I get the body moving I think that's a little bit more important at the moment than the logging but honestly I know I have to do both.., working on it. Not sure which one is going to show progress first but will keep all posted. Wish me luck ☘️🙂🧚♏

Ok so I'm back again!..,lol. Anyone who knows me knows that I drop out of sight now and again but here I am so here I go again with enthusiasm and power! Have had so much happen since my last post, relocated from Rhode Island to Maine, we're in the middle of renovating our apartment, and I finally got my learners permit to drive (yeah, believe it or not, I'm 47 and never had a license. ,lol) The winter gave me the dreaded winter weight gain as not being able to get out with so much snow and treacherous roadways for walking, I know, no excuse for the other things I could have done but hey, too late now.. other than that I am SO LOVING life in the valley of Oxford County, riding the ATV trails and all of the fresh air and nightly fires. If anyone else lives in the area and would like to chat, please feel free to message me! Would love the added friends for motivation! Thanks and love you guys, you all ROCK
