Well today I felt way better then yesterday. I got up early in the morning at 4:30 am and had coffee with my husband. Then two hours later I felt tired so I went back to bed sletp for a few hours. I had so much energy and my back and legs weren't sore. I went on my exercise bike and made sure I brought the resistance down a notch and did a 30 minutes. I also blast some music and was dancing while I was cleaning and getting ready for work. Then I powered walked to work and also back home. I did notice on Thursday once I ate a wrap with vegetables and cream cheese I didn't feel so tired but still sore from Wednesday exercise bike with resistance up. So I'm just going to ride what I'm comfortable with since I only started riding this week and then when I'm use to it then I will try to bring the resistance up again. I rather dance for my workout it's so much and I feel great and it is a workout still. I'm thinking of finding a online dance workout class. I was thinking of joining Bodyfx and do the figure eight class but I'm to still skeptical about it. Is there anyone on here that belongs to Bodyfx that give me their feedback that would appreciate. This morning I woke up feeling tired and groggy. My leg muscles and lower back a little sore. Yesterday I changed my resistance on my exercise bike a one notch up and wondering if I pushed myself and I only could do 20 minutes. I have no energy and feel like I could go for a nap. I also had a mild headache but where I live the air pressure changed dramatically. So husband thinks that could be why because I have experience migraine with air pressure changing before. I had so much energy the last few days and today I don't. I didn't drink as much as water yesterday then I usually do. My body feels like it's missing a nutrition or I'm lacking something. I'm hoping I will feel better tomorrow . I'm not going to go on my exercise bike today and give my body a rest. Tomorrow I will change the resistance back down one notch on the bike that I'm comfortable with.
