Hi All! It has been WAY TO LONG since I last was on here, but I am back now and I am ready to get rid of the weight! I am sad to say that I have gained some weight back, but not as much as I thought I would! I know that I can take it off and keep it off, just need to get back on track and make it happen! I started back with Phase I yesterday, it was tough, but I did it! I just need to concentrate on me now and get all the weight off! With the holidays and the loss of my dog it has been rough and I have turned to food for comfort, but I am going to do this.....I have faith!

Yesterday was good.
Breakfast ~ I had a banana and 2 egg whites
Snack ~ yogurt
Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing
Snack ~ 10 pretzels (I know this isn't allowed, but I needed something and tough it wouldn't kill me)
Dinner ~ rice and sauteed veggies
Snack ~ 1/2 of an orange & 1/2 a banana.
I drank water, but not as much as I should have...so need to push more on that!

Today
Breakfast ~ grapefruit
Snack ~ banana
Lunch ~ rice and sauteed veggies
Snack ~ yogurt
Dinner ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing

Goal for today is to drink more water!!!!! I think so far I am doing good...I am really hoping that I can succeed with this again, I was very please with my results last time and I am striving for great ones again!

Day 1 so far so good...ate really well today and planning on going for a bike ride tonight if the hubby is up for it! Didn't drink as much water as I would have liked too today, but the day is still young! I pretty much only drink water so it really isn't an issue with me..I am planning on making a batch of brown ride and sauteed veggies tonight and have some left overs for my lunches..plus went grocery shopping and stocked up on fruit and veggies so that will help! I sure hope I can make it though the first phase with no issues...LOL!!! Have nothing going on tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday night have softball, nothing on Thursday night, then Friday night kick ball..yes I said kick ball. We joined a league for the summer and had our fist game last Friday night..it was a blast! Yesterday I played 5 games of softball and it was very hot so did a lot of running and sweating..this weekend we have a big tourney and will be playing both women's and coed so that will be some great exercise! I will post more later this week...wish me luck!

snack~100 calorie chewy granola bar
Lunch~brown rice and veggies..with about 10 small pieces of chicken
snack~grapes
Dinner~brown rice and veggies
