Lifts are not completely back to normal but hopefully getting there. I don't feel as tired as I did last week.
- For squat, 3-set max is ~200, safe/lazy is ~165; I did 185.
- For bench, 3-set max is 170, I went for it but had to back off on the last set.
- For deadlift, 3-set max is ~250, safe/lazy is ~225; I did 235.
The strategy of having an explicit (lighter) "plan B" has served me well in terms of not giving up. Youtuber Mario Tomic talks about it in some of his videos.
Work sets are starred, rest is warm up.

Not a great week for home cooking, but doing my lifts at least.
Today was an 80% day. On Sunday I might try to bring it back up (to 200 squat, 165 bench, and 250 DL). That would be keeping an increase from last week, but not increasing again. But I'm pretty tired and also considering keeping it 80% (of my 3x5 max) and just greasing the groove for a few weeks.
I've been consistent for about a year and a half (and am not new to it) so it bugs me that I'm not DLing 2x bodyweight, but right this second I don't feel like I have the energy to keep adding weight.

There might be some value in logging the lifting part of my workouts here. Hopefully they’ll go up :P
That amount on the deadlift still takes a lot of exertion, so I’m not really ready to go up there. And I had to do a back off set on the bench, and my squat form suffered a bit at the end. So, not ready to add weight yet.
On Friday I’ll do 80% and then Sunday probably try to hit these again.
