Another good day today.
I got in an hour on my elliptical and than danced for 30 minutes to loosen up my legs a little.
Than got foods ready for this week. I can't believe I'm going on the forth week of this diet and I haven't had any bread, pasta, or sugar in all that time.
I also have to admit that a lot of my aches and pains I had before have went away. I used to have trouble falling asleep but now I'm out as soon as I turn out the light.
Jim is also trying to lose weight with me which I think is great.
Well until tomorrow .

Well today was great. It was so warm out today that Jim and I decided to go out shopping and we walked to all the stores instead of driving to each one. We walked around about an hour shopping. When we got home we cooked out on the grill and had lunch outside on our porch. It was great to spend time outside.
Jim lost another 4 pound this week to and he's not even trying to lose weight he just eating most of the things I eat. Although he still eats his bread, pasta, & potatoes when I think he tired of salads. He has been taking salads to work with him everyday and snacking on my boiled eggs and beef sticks when he get hungry in between meals.
I'm glad he's losing weight again he had a heart attack in November 2011 and he has put on a lot of weight, but in the last two weeks he's lost eight pounds he now weighs 264 lbs. I think it's great.

Great news lost another four pounds this week. Thanks everyone for all the help and support this week.

Well today was slow starting since I worked all night. Had an early breakfast at 5:30am then went to bed at 7:30am and I didn't wake up until 11:30am. Which meant that I had to hurry up and eat lunch, so I could get an hour on the elliptical. Now I'm relaxing everything's done and my husband is going to pick up some wings for dinner.
I won't be able to add the carbs, but shakey told me that 6 wings had 6 grams of carbs, so I guess I'll be good because I only used about eight today.

What a day I had today.
I decided to go on youtube today to checkout some Zumba videos then I tried to do a couple of the workouts.
What was I think when I bought the Zumba DVD set. I couldn't keep up with the moves and I kept trying them over and over again. Mind you that I had to stop a lot of times to catch my breath. 😱
Well I did that for about an hour and a half catching my breath in between then I gave up.
I went to something I can do well. I got on my elliptical for an hour.
Now I'm beat and I have to work tonight 12am-7am.
I'm gonna try to take a nap after dinner I hope I can crawl out of bed later.
