This is just an estimate. I went for a checkup on Wednesday, well, afternoon, fully clothed, it was 232 lbs.

Irritated!
I just prepared my lunch for tomorrow. Have not had wax beans for a long time and still a can in the pantry. So, that's what it is.
I drained the can, who uses bean-juice? Looked at the nutrition and it said something like net weight 460grams or so. and one servings 121 g. There would be 3 1/2 servings in the can.
Well, not thinking any further since net weight to me means it is the beans, not the liquid. Turned out I was sooo wrong.
I measure out the 121g and all of the sudden half of the can was gone. So, I added both parts and there are only 220g in it. That sure makes a difference. So, the serving size is actually <70g. Is there anywhere on cans where it tells how much the actual "dry weight" is?

Nothing is moving :-( - at least no gain! Maybe I need to add the BPC in again. Stopped drinking it in the morning because I tried to shift my cal intake a little bit. Well, back to the good old thing *lol*

It is adding up fast!
Phew, how fast the cals add up when you have cooked bacon around.
This morning I was reminded on FB how easy it is to bake bacon in the oven. I still had two pounds in the fridge and they needed to go. And off into the oven they went.
Now having them ready to eat and getting up every now and then while working on my paper (finished it!!!)was maybe not such a good idea. I did not overindulge but half a slice here, another one there... and I wanted some whipped cream as an evening snack :-(

HAHAHA-too funny!
I had added to my journal entry from two days ago or so that I was very busy yesterday since I decided to continue the EMT class and see where it goes.
Well, I worked from home until 4 pm and was going to look what is required for the paper I have to write.
I think it is something of my generation, people who learned to use computers later on in life and did not grow up with it. Anyway, it is way easier for me to read form paper, easier to comprehend, easier to retain. Additionally I don't have to switch between windows to make notes or so (at work I have to monitors just for that purpose). Well, my old printer did not want anymore or my new laptop did not want it, whatever, I had to get new one. The way I am it had to be then and there !
I kind of skipped breakfast yesterday, made a bigger meal out of lunch including my Brussels sprouts casserole.
And on we go, working, then the printer. While I was a t Walmart , actually before I left, I was wondering why I was sooo hungry. I had all the printer supplies and ran into those stupid corn dogs. Always loved them and since I had a 30 min ride home and felt starved I got two of them, ate them with a guilty conscience.
I logged everything this morning before I started cleaning my house, skipping bf again. Coffee had to do. So, all done, including a nice lunch, I had some coffee in the pot left over, cold by then. I love my home-brew and intended to reheat it. Opening the microwave - there was my Brussels sprout casserole still waiting to be eaten! I just burst out laughing... no wonder I was so hungry!
Now back to the books and the internet!
