I've broken out of the 200s! Only by 1 pound, but still! I did better than I expected as I ate a lot this week and binged twice. It's weird because I feel like I look fatter (I would have said that I'd gained back 3-4 pounds based on how I feel I look at the moment) but the scale says otherwise and as far as I know it doesn't have a bias.
So this is good and I'll keep trying.

Life has been pretty shit lately. You name it, it's gone wrong, and job BS and money BS are at the top of the list, followed by general depression and irritation that I have so much "crap" around me that I need, and plan to use but it's all over, I can't find what I want when I need it and all I want to do is ditch everything (which I couldn't do anyway because all the crafts stuffs--too much $$ invested over years of collecting it to use!!)
I had a suicidal night this week, which was harsh and with the help of the cats and my husband I got through it without stabbing myself repeatedly or cutting since at that point if I started I know I wouldn't have stopped.
I'm frustrated. Hot, and the forecast for tomorrow and the whole weekend is mid to high 90's, high humidity (I will be dying with that weather) and a cranky husband.
The one bright point to it all is the fact that I have managed to lose another couple of pounds which means I am still on the right side of things as far as that goes--and although I did binge eat 4 times over the last week and a half, I didn't eat as much as when I usually binge--so it's a fail but a success at the same time.
otherwise, I'd love to win the lottery, have some kind of magic lamp to give me some wishes (and not mokey paw wishes either!), and a cold snap to keep 70's with low humidity. I can dream. *sigh*

ok so I've been eating less, maybe walking around a little bit more. The weight drop I think has come around as a side effect of the meds I am taking to manage my binge eating. I'm pleased with the over all weight loss but still have a long way to go and hope that I can keep my energy levels up and be motivated.
