Fell really tired today. Bleh. But still did 40 min walk but got a blister on my heel :( Been an emotional month :( But felt extremely tired for some reason...an hour late on taking my steroids! DUUH!

Really surprised at the results..been on wanna-eat-everything-insight steroids for going on 4 wks now for horrible poison ivy (I am severely allergic ) I've been yo-yoing up & down and have not really exercised..so yayness! Plus, I lost one of my good friends who was only 24 yrs old! So young! She was doing the diet thang w/ me AGAIN (matter-of-fact, she was one of my first buds on here! I met her here :) It's been a baaad month :(
But, walked for 45 min in the brisk & chilly morning and did weights..so, I feel better! Better thsn I have in a while :) And I dropped a few :)
Next goal that Sam ,Megs and I made is 10-15 lbs by Halloween! I'll be going to 'Nawlaans for Halloween! So, there's my inspiration :)
Then my next goal will be to hit 239 lbs. That was what Sam weighed ..her last weigh-in she did the day before she died :( And we are gonna do a "Slammy Celebration" Prob buy SHOES -Sam's passion-as a reward! This way we can keep her "in it" and remember that she'd be pushing for us to succeed with this :)

Gonna do it for you, Pure Heiress! Yayness!
Today, I found out my buddy and someone who became my true friend..someone who has done this battle of the bulge with me since I started FS...passed away (on Sept 6th) and I will miss you terribly, girlfriend! I will think of you whenever I see a beautiful shoe or when I find "the need" to go on a nail polish binge :) I will miss our chats and seeing you on FB everyday! I love you, Slammy and will miss you VERY much ♥

Been almost 3 weeks now that have had SEVERE allergic reaction to poison ivy :( Horrible rash head-to-toe and my eyes have swollen shut 3 times! This is getting OLD!!!! Had " the shot " a pill form for the horrible itch, AND my second round of steroids. Yes, I have gained back 3 or 4 lbs (yo-yos) and right now, I can live w/ that! Just want to get well. Once I'm off these STUPID make-you-wanna-eat-everything pills...then I need to get crack-a-lackin'!!!!!
Tidbit for anyone in contact w/ poison ivy lately: Take the hottest shower you can stand w/ Palmolive brand dish soap...it DOES help give relief for a couple hours.
Going to New Orleans for Halloween and would like to lose 10-15 more lbs (goal) Just to gain it all back eating beignets and gumbo :)
