Hey there!! How is everyone? Great I hope!! I have had some cruddy days.. between my two jobs I have opened and closed 4 shifts in a row now we've been short staffed everywhere and I'm a teensy bit tired.. but also feeling great! I couldn't help myself in trying on some dresses on my lunch yesterday and one of them just blew me away... it was a large but what got me was I have always had larger thighs some say thick... anyway they kinda just show the extra "thickness" when i wear ANYTHING well this dress just hung straight down.. no extra bulges (except my chest!) no tummy bulge and no thigh badonk! It WAS AMAZING! Keli now I know how you felt! wooooo!
And even though when I weigh myself my weight is all up one down one and down 2 up one I have noticed looser clothes and it's making me smile!
So even with 13 hr work days.. I am still kickin butt!

Did you see that?!!? I lost a lb! woot woot! And I received 2 compliments from people yesterday!One said I was super cutie and I should go strut my stuff (awww) and the other said, "girl you have dropped some weight, you look great" (i nearly said, um... what did I look like before?? lol) BUT WOOOOOO for the little uppers after feeling kinda blah blah blah starting out my day.. music did a great pick me up and I was in a pretty good mood the rest of yesterday.
I admit I didn't get quite as many steps in as before.. but I'm going to amp it up today

Hey everyone!! hope everyone is having a great day! I'm tired, just flat wore out...think it's a few things that have me all out of sorts and feelin bummy. BAH! I'm going to listen to some music and get right! I will survive and nothing to do but to rise up from the ashes and fly!

OH, I should have stayed in bed .. I'm not very bright today. I ruined myself straight out of the chute!!! I had lots of trouble getting going today and i quickly mixed up some chicken salad for lunch.. grabbed a bag of broccoli sticks (complain about the smell, I don't care!) grabbed a carb control shake and on the way out the door, I hadn't done breakfast and I was well.. I need something that will stick with me awhile b/c I'm going to be busy today.. grabbed OATMEAL!! didn't think about it.. yep.. like 20 carbs right there.. first meal. sigh.. oh well. I could have ate worse I'm sure..but I'm all chomping it down and then alarm went off in my head! DAMMIT!
I'll be fine. but i was all oh no!!! sigh. figures.. I wasn't very good yesterday.. I had a traumatic experience on a back country road where a huge truck decided he was going around me.. but pulled back into the lane nearly on me.. so my options were to slam the brakes and pull right..which put me off the road and nearly in a ditch.. I was very shaken up..crying.. pissed and cussing. finally pulled my car back on the road, went on to my friends house and had a plate of food.. while it wasn't bad b/c it was grilled chicken and veggies the veggies were things such as corn on the cob, garden peas.. yeah... not at the top of my eat up these veggies list.. oh and a beer. yep. just one but I felt i needed it to calm me a little and it was a while before I went home.. I still had 2 liters of water yesterday.
Oh well. I will up my walking and burning calories and work for a better tomorrow, and rest of my day.
Hope everyone had a safe weekend and let's lose something this week.. instead of our minds like usual, let's try to make it pounds and inches!
