Well, yesterday for a change I behaved quite well and almost didn't cheat. It's quite imperative to be strong the weekend if I want to see a weight loss on my weight in on tuesday. Let's keep the spirit up!

I did see the "almost" lol. The weekends seem to be the hurdle for sure, if we can conquer them we are really doing great. I love your attitude JC the glass is always half full. :)

Alright JC. While your weight history looks really good, can you imagine how it could look if you just took the "almost" out of the equation? Make this weekend about success. You can do this. It is only 2 days ya know?

Yeah today I almost didn't cheat too!! lol! I ate 1 spoonful of vanilla ice cream with chocolate swirls off my sons bowl!! Its a job but if we want to acheive our goals we have to just do it!! Good luck!
