Well, the weekend was out of control, two celebrations: one birthday and a wedding, lots of alcohol (the main reason for calorie excess) and regular soda as mixer...tried to make things right on sunday by going to the gym...also today I will keep my calorie intake very low, and my exercise level as usual to see if tomorrow for my weight in I manage to lose some weight. Let's see what happens.
