Question for y'all doing Keto. What easy to fix suggestions do you have for breakfast, besides bacon, eggs and avocado? I do eggs 3 days at week on work days because they're portable. Want something different for a few days at home. I ate cottage cheese with some fruit this morning. It needs to keep me full for several hours.

I was going to say cottage cheese with strawberries or other berries. You can also bake a crust less quiche with eggs, bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese or whatever veggies and warm and it up throughout the week. Good luck!

I do a coconut flour porridge that I really love! Also, I've done pumpkin chia/hemp overnight "oats" (from ketoconnect).

Combine 1/4 c coconut flour, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter), cinnamon to taste, 1 tbsp coconut milk (or heavy cream) in a pot over medium heat and wisk until bubbly. Remove from heat and add one egg and wisk until well combined. Place back on heat and stir until mixture thickens. I don't use sweetener in it, but you may want to!

Can you eat apple's and peanut butter & strawberry jelly put them in a paper bag a go....p.s. you can throw an avocado in there to but not in the sandwich. hahaha

Omelletes can change up eggs - leftovers are great - cold piece of chicken - tuna salad - you don't have to have breakfast food - antipasto - pepperoni , cheese if you do that , celery , peppercini , black olive etc - leftover soups get thick and are great - pork rinds and salsa - Mexican / endless -

Keto pancakes! Mix 2 Tbl softened cream cheese and 2 eggs beaten with 4 drops liquid stevia. Cook like regular pancakes (more like a crepe texture) Top with melted butter mixed with maple extract.

I do intermittent fasting 3 to 4 days a week to get out of the what to have for breakfast problem. I like eggs but we all need variety and change. Start my eating at 11 am usually.

Ooh, thanks for the pancake recipe. I like that it only has a few ingredients! I may do some intermittent fasting on my days off. As long as I have my coffee, I can make it til noon or later before eating. Do you do it several days in a row or alternate days?

Is anyone following their macros calculated from the keto calculator? I am with a 15% deficit and I do Crossfit 5 days a week and cardio 2 x a week. I feel like I’m too limited. Last night I was forced to eat tuna and I could only afford half a can or I would go over my macros. People talk about fat bombs, but I can’t even afford to eat them with the macros I’m allowed. Any suggestions?

I like ground pork patties for a change of pace. If you like fish, it can make a great breakfast. The avocado will go great with either of those.
