Looks like I’m being admitted for a couple days. I’ll try to drink my water, but I doubt I’ll have much choice in food except whether to eat it or go hungry. I’m glad I’ll be able to get the help my brain chemicals need to get working together again. Who knows - God may have put me here “for such a time as this” to use me in some special way. Sorry I won’t be able to cheer y’all on. Maybe somebody can make a Daily Accountability Week #4 Challenge to start Monday if I’m in here awhile. I’m good. God’s here with me. He’s got it all in His most capable hands. Love y’all.

I know you won't be able to read this but the love and strength of the healing prayers of all your FS pals are holding you up. I felt such a shock when I just checked in with you and read your previous posts. Now you know that for several weeks you've been in a depression slide. Been there, done that. It's hard to recognize in yourself. My husband is usually the first one to catch it. Hopefully your medical team will restore you to chemical balance soon. In the meanwhile, relax in the arms of the spirit, know that this has nothing to do with the heart if Debbie. Sll weight will ne lost when the time is right. Sending love and warm hugs. ❤

Ask to speak to the dietitian. Ours at our hospital helps with meals all the time when patients come in with special needs. It may not be like home but would be better than getting the standard meal.
