Well, all week I haven't eaten nothing offlimits, unfortunately (for diet purposes) today afternoon I'll be going on a quick vacation to a ranch, and there's not much diet or light food there, in fact, I think they put fat almost on everything...lots of carbs flying around, if one goes weak-minded things could get messy, but I'll manage to keep the calorie count as low as posible. Also there will be no internet so I'll have to write down what I eat, portions and upload when I return. Anyhow, I do hope that I even see one pound less on monday when I weight in...that's all I ask, LOL.
