This past week has been messed up!! Trying hard keep it together both mentally and health wise. Seriously trying not to stress eat. Just too much happening at one time. I keep telling myself that things will get better because I know it will. It will take time and patients but I'm thinking that I'm wearing thin. Sorry, I just needed to vent.

close your eyes and picture a beautiful white lite consuming you. as you picture it feel the calm , safe feeling it gives.. try it once i thought it sounded crazy but it works :) you can do this you are strong and beautiful and you are in charge. you've got this!

Thanks everyone. Times are really tough right now, but I know there's people out there that have it worse than me. Thanks for letting me vent. You're right Cherik1, it works. I'll stay strong and do what I need to do for me and my son. Thank you all for such great support.
