I've been a terrible friend on here.. I do apologize ladies. My life has been ridiculous lately. I can't believe I managed to start losing again. The stress just won't stop lately. I had a very theraputic day at the beach today.. walking along the shore and then just sitting in the warm sunshine for a long time.. It was quite lovely.

Your weigh loss graph still looks good!! I think most of us drop it for a few days/weeks from time to time! I so love walks on the beach. I wish I lived by a beach! I hope the stress was far away, and only the calm sound of the waves!
