8 days left till that Xmas party, which means I don't have much more time to get to my goal. Darn scale hasn't budged either. I turned up the heat on my routine in the gym, but other than alot of sweat and burning muscles, not much of anything else is going on! Eventually, that plateau I've hit will be penetrated and I'll surpass even my own expectations! (well, I can dream can't I?)
