Down a solid 4lbs of water weight from last Thursday's splurge/fatterday/refeed from 200-196 (for those that don't know, or are new to FS, that's a weekly norm for me & no biggy at this point). While we wait for me to pee out the rest of the water, we have more non scale victories to celebrate. I've LOST ANOTHER 3 INCHES!!! 1.5 around my Hips --> .5 around my Waist ---> 1.0 around my Chest---WOOHOO! And, I finally got through 12 modified floor pushups without a rest 2 days in a row, so I added another yesterday. Highlight of this week was having one of my bosses feel my upper arm and exclaim in surprise, "OH MY GOD, SHE'S ROCK SOLID, I MEAN FOR REAL, HER ARM'S AS HARD A ROCK!" hehehe
