Well things have been crazy this last week and I failed at me goal for the 17th...but I am still trying to eat right and still trying to exercise...I have an inner ear infection so it is totally throwing me off balance, so needless to say the working out the last week has been for the birds, which sucks! I am so ready to get back on track and get my weight down! I am very happy with where I am, don't get me wrong, but I would totally love to be at my goal and not have to worry about losing anymore...I will be there one of these days!!! I am pretty good at maintaining, I have been at or close to this weight for the past few weeks, which makes me happy, but being at my goal weight would be the bomb!!!! I will get there it will just take time! Hope everyone else is going good!

Hi There! you are doing well, we all have our ups and downs! like you said we need to be proud of ourselves we've come so far! :) keep up the good work! your doing great

Oh no...an ear infection? Hope you feel better. And don't worry you'll eventually get to your goal weight. When you get there, you'll be so proud of yourself. It'll all be worth it in the end.

I am feeling the same as you, what I wouldn't give to finally be at a maintence phase! We can do it!

Getting sick is the worst...I still don't feel like myself since the appendectemy...but once we reach our goals, I think it won't be so bad to have a mishap because getting back to the goal won't be such a long journey. You're doing great though---look back and see how far you've come!!
