I was looking at my graph that shows a decline in weight...and thinking how very slow it is moving. Then the executive in me viewed it again, but in a very different light. I am seeing it as trying hard but not going anywhere. Something tells me that there needs to be more drastic measures. Looks like i'm going to have to turn the speed up on that treadmill. I spend 1 1/2 hours in the gym right now, and I make sure that all that time is spent sweating, so its about to turn into 2 hours. There is one thing i've noticed with what I eat...even though I'm within my points, the graph shows that the majority of the food consumed is carbs. I'm going to work on that as well. I want to reach my goal by November 15. That's about a pound a week. It should be NO PROB! There's this Xmas party that I have to go to...and like any good story, I have a rival there that I want to make jealous!! LOL if you think that's mean, remember my name! (BAD AnDy)!!

When you don't have much to lose, the weight can come off very slowly. I had a friend who took 6 months to lose the last 10 lbs. As long as the scale is on a downward trend and you are exercising and being healthy, that is a really good thing. Good luck with your goal, but remember you are doing great no matter what!!

i agree with suzi..as you get closr to your goal, your gonna tone up what you have..and the scales might not move like you expect them to...but your body will get more toned up ...just keep eating healthy and exercising...

Don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing great. And from your picture, you look very thin to me.

It looks like you may need to change up your foods in order to lose your last few pounds. You shouldn't have to work out more than 1.5 hours a day to lose weight. Continue tracking foods and exercise and you should be able to see where you are eating too much or too little of a particular type of food.

The slower it comes off, the more likely it will STAY off. =) Hang in there, at least it is going down. Great picture BTW.
