I'm going to walk longer today then go shopping at the local farmer's market hope to buy a variety of veggies for some soup and stirfry.
I'm catching the cooking for yourself bug . I'm starting to wear smaller size jeans and shirts it feels very nice.

It's great to get into smaller clothes...such a sense of accomplishment. Extra calorie burning is great wherever you can get it, it does add up. Hubby and I love to cook for ourselves...we used to eat out all the time. Problem is even when you think you're making a healthy choice at a restaurant, you're not and that sucks!

Cooking is fun! It's fun to experiment w/ different veggies and spices. Enjoy! And nice job on fitting into smaller clothes.

Ok, so I am going to say, wow, Farmer's Market in the winter, must be nice!!! It's snowy and the trees are covered in frost here in Alberta Canada, but we love it. Keep up the great work coach!

Great job! You are doing fantastic! Your chart is going down nicely, clothes are fitting smaller, you're walking to a farmer's market and enjoying cooking! Doesn't it feel great to have that sense of control over things and know you are making the right choices? I think it's satisfying and empowering.
