Today flew by so fast, I don't know what hit me! I made a list of things to do to keep me focused, that's how much I had going on! Of course, I started my day with my workout because I didn't want that hanging over my head all day long, eating at me constantly. Lately, I've cranked the treadill up to 15 incline and the speed at 3.7 for 2 miles. I'm so happy to get the heck off that piece of machinery when that program is over!! Talk about a work out!! The sad news is that the battery died on my recumbant stationary bike so I have no idea how many calories i'm burning on it, or even how many miles i've rode. Time for me to do something about that, huh?
Does anyone out there know how many calories there are in the wheat bread of a medium size sandwich from Quiznos? I cannot calculate how many points accurately unless I know. I'm gearing up for weigh-in on Sunday...how about the rest of my Blue Team buddies??

Hi BadAndee You're doing great! 3.7 MPH is almost running and on an incline, that's awsome. The battery on your bike is an easy thing to replace, try it. Quiznos wheat bread? You can google this. Here it is: Veggie sub on wheat bread: Regular size Serving: Calories: 227, Total Fat: 16g, Carbs: 13.1g, Protein: 7.3g Large size: Calories: 451, Total Fat: 32.4g, Carbs: 25.3g, Protein: 14.4g Good Luck! hi i found this site..its pretty good for tellin you how many calories are in sandwishes from eating places..lol... http://www.dietfacts.com/ see if that helps... sounds like your workouts are makin you sweat and burnin off the calories...thats great..thats what you want... keep it going...

If you go to quiznos.com at the bottom of the subs menu page click on show nutritional info. Then just select your sandwich and it give you the info.

thanks everyone! the incline on the treadmill, I started there. I got mad one day about not losing weight so I tortured myself trying to make something happen! LOL. I kept doing the same thing and after about 1 week of doing it, 15 incline is no big deal. Now, it's keeping up with the speed of 3.7 MPH that's the killer! Today I had to lower the speed to 3.5 just to get thru it...
