Good Sunday morning all. Hope you all are staying warm. Well, at 6:30am it was -12 below zero. Ouch!!!! I had to really watch the dogs when I let them out or their little feet would burn. I had to go rescue just 2 of them. The rest made is back ok.

My eating went well yesterday. I had more stuff here that is Atkins friendly than I thought I did. So it went well. I may not be here much Monday or Tuesday as I have a procedure on each day and I will be out of it. Know that I am thinking of you and hoping all is well. I will try to get here, but if I don't sound right, then it's the anesthesia that is slowing things down for me.
