Good Wed. Morning, Courageous FS Warriors....401 days since the last weigh in I recorded on here...Almost every day, I think ..."tomorrow I will post my current weight"....and accept the DOUBLE RED numbers that will result....I AM currently back on track...doing most of the things I mentioned in my Jan.4 post...or maybe more accurately doing the things I posted "most days." I am fairly certain I will get back to where I was 401 days ago and THEN ....CONTINUE ON to my long term goal....but for another day or two, it just seems a little bit TOO HARD....(or maybe I'm just a little bit TOO STUBBORN) to past my current weigbt...but... baby steps...baby steps...some days, just take the "baby steps." Thanks for listening.
I wish for ALL of you ALL of the COURAGE and the UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT that FS Buddies and your personal resolve can bring to you today...as one of FS Buddies likes to say (and I love to see him post it)...ONWARDS and DOWNWARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

While none of us like seeing our own red numbers, the important thing is that you're back on track! You CAN and WILL do this!

Keep doing what you know you should. Eventually, you will see a number you'll be willing to post. It does take courage, as well as admitting to yourself that this battle is real and feeling up to joining the fray with your whole self. You can do this!
