Recovering from 3 week severe upper respiratory infection. antibiotics appear to be working thank God. MD also prescribed Flonase which I think has adversely caused lost of taste. I was only able to use it three times as I figured out that the terrible headache I was getting was from its use. I hope this loss of taste is reversible. As a result everything tastes like mush! Concerning my weight loss, I haven't weighed myself. I haven't exercised and I haven't been consistently logging my food intake. Started back with logging my food intake today. I didn't make horrific food choices the past 5 days but I wasn't really good either. Cannot wait to get back to exercisng but I don't want to derail the improvement I am noting from the antibiotics with regard to my sinus infection. I have been sick for 3 weeks and I am getting fed up! I plan on weighing myself tomorrow,assessing the damage then. Have a great Sunday all!
