I add 2 tbsp. Vodka so that it doesn't freeze into a brick! It stays "soft" or spoon able with the Vodka!

OH me, oh my! Just look at those foods! What makes this so bad is that I am fasting today until 4pm or longer if I can. LMAO!! I am going to bookmark these for future celebrations. I might make that soul bread. That is really low carb!! Thank you for taking the time to do this, Ron! Look at that cake! YUM!

Yeah......I brought me a piece for lunch today! I used to laugh at the "fat kid and his cake" line........now it's "that skinny guy and his FABULOUS cake". LOL!! The cake came out AWESOME! We went out to eat at FUZE buffet (you can eat low-carb anywhere if you do it right) and they have EVERYTHING! Well, they had Boston Crème Cake so Angie and I grabbed a piece to split and "Taste test". Let me tell you, this recipe above was SO much more tasty! Maybe it was just "restaurant" cake but the cake was bland, crème was tasteless, chocolate grainy. I SO much enjoy when I make my own BFU desserts (Better For You)! I have the crème filling down now, just gotta recreate an edible long john (donut)! Have a Great Day Mom!!!
