Another year and yet another resolution to get this done - at least get the scale moving downward instead of upward. If nothing else I'm hoping to re-start recording in my daily food journal and re-read the books that helped me a couple of years ago . . . . . The Flat Belly Diet which call for no sugar and Lose the Weight Lose the Wheat which calls for NO wheat products, including pasta. Holly Cow - that's a hard row to hoe, especially when living with a cookie monster. I'm going to change my goal weight too. 30 more lbs (more actually) sounds daunting so let's just shoot for 20. I'd be very happy with the lose of 20 lbs. I've stopped scolding myself but I'm still not pleased with myself. And all those new size 16 jeans I bought for myself a couple of years ago - they are folded and sitting in a drawer - waiting for me to be able to fit back in them. Besides the weight issue - I'm good.

So there I am with WeinerMobile and I'm as round and plump as it is. It was fun to see it face to face and I will admit . . . . it made me want an Oscar Meyer Weiner. So we had some over the 4th - fixed them on the grill and guess what. Ick! Haven't eaten hot dogs in a few years and it did not agree my stomach. I use to love hot dogs . . . . which is another reason I've packed on the pounds over the years.

In Alexandria Minnesota. I'd pulled into the Pilot Truck Stop to gas up my truck - looked over to the next pump and saw the back end of the bun sticking out. I couldn't believe my eyes. so stepped around the pumps to get a better look and there it was in all it's splendor. The driver asked me if I wanted my pic taken. I was smiling the rest of the day. By the way - did you know that you enter and exit the WienerMobile from the very back end. Interesting creation - and road worthy DOT approved too.
