Weight is 66.9kg this morning, which is almost exactly the 2kg gain I expected for the silly season. The silliness isn't over for me yet though so I will officially weigh in next Friday and start counting calories and doing weekday IF on the 16th. Late start to the year, but I don't think there's any point trying to start earlier when I have family still here from overseas until the 11th.

A few friends, my hubby and I have a challenge going where we want to reach our targets by the 1st of Dec 2016. My goal will be 60kg and I'm hoping to reach it by May and then will try to maintain until the end of the year. Happy 2017 to all of you and all the best on your weightloss journey!!!
