Well, I went and did it. I decided to stop lying to myself, stop drinking so much damn wine and pull up my big girl panties and get back in control of myself.
I am now on day 4 of low carb and this time my daughter has asked to join me in this journey. Up until now she has always just been a watcher, but she is now at that age where she is concerned about her body and her weight and wants to make sure she stays in control.
Wish me luck! It's a long road ahead, but I WILL GET THERE.

I have to get my mom to stop drinking wine everynight. I think when you treat wine as a indulgence, you enjoy it so much more!

You will get there. I am having a difficult time throughout the holidays. I was laid off from my job, and sit home making Christmas cookies, pies, cakes and breads. ( Yes, I eat them too!) Guilty as charged!! I cannot afford to drive to the gym every day as I once did, and may have to give up my gym membership for a little while. I love going to the gym and if I could some how manage to get paid for working out, that would be golden!! You can do this Kenysb. I know you can and you will.
