For some reason this season has been horrible depression-wise and I think I'm finally coming out of it. As a result, I didn't care what I ate, and ate what I wanted, and drank too much, and then got depressed that I screwed up again......(sigh).....and did it all the next day and got even more depressed. BUT, I think I'm back on track! I started taking my vitamins again a couple of days ago, and the St. John's Wart which I truly believes helps with depression. I set my alarm a half hour early this morning and went for a walk after I fed the critters, fixed a good breakfast, AND stopped by the grocery store on the way to work and bought some healthy food. I even have my gym bag ready and plan on at least getting on the treadmill during my lunch hour. So, onward and downward! I think after the winter solstice, and when the days start getting longer I'll feel better too :)
