Hi everyone. Well I went walking on Saturday & Sunday for an hour each day. I took my dog so I had a good time. It was hot but it made me sweat more. I officially start phase 1 tomorrow. I can't wait. I am so ready to get this weight off. I keep reading on the site how people are just dropping weight right & left so I can't wait. I did hip hop abs this morning with my sister after I worked all night long. I am a little tired but I feel great. I am going to take a 20 minute walk later on before I go to bed. So I am on my way for working out now I just have to start eating right. Even thou I haven't started phase 1 I have been watching what I eat & how much I am eating. Well I am going to do my walk before it gets to late. I hope everyone had a great weekend & I will talk to y'all soon. Bye.

I have just started today too and also work the graveyard shift as well as first shift .(not on the same days or back to back thank goodness).It sounds like your off to a good start .Keep it up.

I work night shifts as well so I know you need your sleep. I have had great support here so I am hoping I encourage you like the fine people here have been doing for me. The exercising portion is under control for you! Wow! For someone who works nights that will be a great work out. Phase 1 is not that scary after your first couple of days. I prepared alot of my stuff ahead of time so that helped tremendously. Anyway, good luck on your journey and I am check often here so I am around.

You're going to do fine! You already have a great support system in your sister and you've got a fabulous workout ethic. I can't wait to read about your wonderful results!
